Join Yoga Day, feel the freshness in life

It embodies unity of mind and body, thought and action, restraint and fulfillment, harmony between man and nature a holistic approach to health and well being”.

Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss it will land you among the star

We celebrated this auspicious day in RAMA. Mrs. Shilpa Gupta, a scientific officer from MP Birla Planetarium, Kolkata, was invited for an interactive session on the topic “super moon” with our students. She said, “Instead of clothes for a  change, ask your parents to buy you a pair of binoculars for this puja and look up at the night sky in your own way”, and this motivated our students immensely.

Go green, breathe clean

Students of RAMA organized this beautiful event through an Extempore competition where they focused on the need of spreading awareness about the environment and the need to conserve it. As it is essential to advocate for a greener environment and the conservation of nature. Their beautiful way of placing the topic in front of judges made them achieve the first position in the competition.
